What you'll do
Develop and execute People & Culture strategy aligned with De L’Europe business goals aligned with Heineken NV | Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent | Manage the talent management cycle to retain high-performers | Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement | Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the values of De L’Europe and Heineken NV | Oversee the design and implementation of training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members | Drive and manage performance evaluation processes | Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating an environment that celebrates differences and values unique perspectives | Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local regulations and in line with Horeca CLA and Heineken NV standards | Coach, empower, and be the sparring partner of the People & Culture team | Oversee day-to-day HR operations (including payroll) | Be part of the Management team of De L’Europe Amsterdam, reporting to Managing Director, Robert-Jan Woltering.

Who you are
A seasoned professional with a proven track record in People & Culture leadership roles | Fluent in both Dutch & English | Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture | Focused on aligning People & Culture initiatives with business objectives and exceeding targets | Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and leadership abilities | Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making | Drive to innovate and adapt to changing dynamics | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.

Nice to have
Experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, along with a knack for innovative learning and development programs, would be valuable additions to our team.
