What You’ll Do

Oversee the entire recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, inviting candidates, and conducting interviews | Actively source candidates via LinkedIn | Keep Recruitee up-to-date and optimize its use | Advise managers on recruitment and HR matters | Manage employee absences and onboarding of new hires | Lead various P&C projects such as employee satisfaction, process improvement, employer branding, and more.


Who You Are

A few years of experience in recruitment and/or HR advisory | Experience in hospitality or another operational environment | Passionate about finding the right candidate | Proactive and creative in problem-solving | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Enthusiastic and motivating | Proficient in Dutch and English.


Bonus Points If You

Have experience in luxury hotels | Are familiar with Recruitee | Know how to enjoy life.
