What You'll Do
Take responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing events, in-room dining, and lounge activities | Ensure seamless coordination and communication between various departments to guarantee an excellent guest experience | Provide supervision and support to the team to maintain the highest quality standards | Proactively respond to guest needs and ensure personalized and luxurious service | Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and increase revenue | Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create events and promotions that align with De L'Europe's brand vision | Analyze guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvements | Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations | Be part of the Leadership Team of De L’Europe, reporting to F&B Director, Yaron Jansen.

Who You Are
Proven experience in managing events, in-room dining, and/or lounge in a luxury hotel environment | Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail | Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Dutch is appreciated | Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment | A proactive and problem-solving attitude | Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience | Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel-specific management software | Always with a smile and equipped with solutions for any question that comes your way | Flexible with working hours.

Nice to Have
Experience working in an international 5-star hotel | Insight into luxury trends and hospitality standards | Creative ability to create unique and memorable guest experiences.
