What You'll Do

Manage all aspects of group bookings and events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up | Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements for corporate groups, meetings, and events | Collaborate with internal departments for seamless execution | Prepare tailored event proposals and conduct site inspections | Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business | Negotiate contracts that satisfy both client needs and hotel interests | Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses for profitability | Lead and motivate a team of event coordinators, fostering a high-service environment | Monitor event setup and quality standards, addressing client requests promptly | Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations | Collaborate with marketing to promote the venue’s offerings and develop promotional materials | Utilize inventory and revenue management systems to identify opportunities.


Who you are
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel setting | Strong organizational skills and attention to detail | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment | Creative problem-solver with the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences | Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Opera Sales and Catering.


Bonus points if you

Understand luxury trends | Have international experience in 5-star hotels | Hold a knack for turning client visions into reality.
