About Us

Our hotel offers a wide variety of culinary experiences, from casual bites like bitterballen and a refreshing Heineken beer to elaborate six-course menus with exquisite wine pairings.

We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Events. In this role, you will be part of a team that ensures every reception, celebration, and corporate gathering is executed seamlessly. We are looking for someone who not only excels in delivering outstanding hospitality, but who also thrives in coordinating events and guiding a team with passion and professionalism.

What You'll Do
Ensure top-tier service and flawless execution in the Events department by overseeing daily operations | Coordinate and supervise the setup and service of events such as meetings, private dinners, receptions, and parties | Act as a host during events, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for | Serve as the link between kitchen, service, and event planners to make sure every detail is delivered to perfection | Take a proactive approach to upselling and enhancing the guest experience | Oversee event spaces, ensuring they are polished, inviting, and prepared for success | Monitor stock and equipment, ensuring everything is in place before, during, and after events | Lead, guide, and motivate team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration | Uphold hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.

Who You Are
You have at least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, with 2+ years in a 5-star or high-end dining environment as a Chef de Rang | Strong knowledge of gastronomy, with excellent skills in restaurant service and beverage preparation | Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills | Highly organized, guest-oriented, and able to lead and inspire the team | A proactive attitude with attention to detail, and a passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences | Familiarity with the latest hospitality and culinary trends | Able to adapt and stay focused in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have
Experience in a luxury, international hotel environment | Familiarity with fine dining service techniques and luxury hospitality standards | Creative ability to elevate guest experiences.
