De L’Europe Amsterdam, part of The HEINEKEN Company, is looking for an enthusiastic Doorman. As a Guardian of Local Culture and Craftmanship, you will be the first face our guests see, ensuring an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. At De L’Europe, it’s all about Original Amsterdam Luxury, and you play a key role in delivering a warm welcome and exceptional service. As a Doorman at De L’Europe Amsterdam, you’ll perform a variety of service-oriented and supportive tasks within our Guest Services team. Your responsibility is to introduce guests to the luxurious and unique atmosphere of our hotel.
What You'll Do
Welcome guests and serve as their point of contact throughout their stay | Assist guests and handle their luggage, escorting them to their rooms or other facilities | Fix minor technical issues | Support the Guest Services team as needed | Provide room service and conduct security checks during night shifts | Handle emergencies and take appropriate action | Maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments.

You have proven experience in the hospitality industry | You are creative in finding solutions | You are passionate about achieving the best results with your team | You thrive in a dynamic environment | You have a keen eye for detail and a fresh perspective on hospitality | You enjoy doing things just a little bit differently.
Nice to Have
Passion for maintaining a high standard of technical excellence | Familiarity with different technical systems and equipment | Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
