We are currently looking for a Concierge who will guide our guests through their stay with passion and flair. You are the face of our hotel – a warm and welcoming host who ensures a seamless and personalized experience. In this role, you are the link between our guests and all that Amsterdam has to offer. Whether it’s a last-minute reservation at a top restaurant, a hidden art gallery, or a romantic canal cruise – you make it happen.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests and assist them with a wide range of requests | Stay up to date on local events, restaurants, and hotspots in Amsterdam | Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and other activities | Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively | Collaborate closely with Front Office and Porter/Doormen teams to ensure smooth service | Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors | Provide guests with information, suggestions, and personalized recommendations | Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby

Who You Are

Experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a 5-star environment | Excellent knowledge of Amsterdam and its surroundings | Guest-focused, social, and solution-oriented | Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus | Presentable, professional, and always with a smile | Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays | You genuinely enjoy surprising and delighting guests

Nice to Have

Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands | Experience with Opera or similar reservation systems | Membership (or ambition to join) Les Clefs d’Or
