As we continue to set new standards in luxury accommodation, we are excited to welcome a dynamic Commercial Director to lead our sales and promotional efforts.

What you'll do
Nurture existing relationships and acquire new ones by analysing market trends and executing benchmarking | Represent the hotel at fairs and special events, being fully knowledgeable about all hotel facilities and services | Plan and execute sales trips to larger market segments | Draft and implement the commercial plan, collaborating with the revenue manager and executive team | Determine and follow-up on targets for the Revenue Manager and Sales Managers to achieve or surpass revenue objectives | Be part of the Management team of De L’Europe Amsterdam, reporting to our Managing Director, Robert-Jan Woltering.

Who you are
A seasoned professional with a proven track record in Sales, Marketing and/or Revenue roles, within the international Luxury Hospitality Industry | Demonstrates a passion for building and nurturing client relationships, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets | Possesses exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and leadership abilities | Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a drive to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and meet objectives.

Nice to have
A love for exploring new trends and technologies, with a flair for incorporating innovative ideas into strategies | An affinity for hosting engaging events or brainstorming creative promotional campaigns would be a welcome addition to our team dynamic.
