What you'll do 

Lead your pastry kitchen station with passion and expertise | Contribute to crafting delectable pastry masterpieces in collaboration with the team | Collaborate closely with the team for flawless service | Inspire and guide your colleagues | Uphold and exceed high standards for pastry quality and safety | Stay up-to-date with the latest pastry trends | Share knowledge with the rest of the team | Work directly with Chef Bas van Kranen. 

Who you are 

Experienced Chef de Partie Pastry in a Michelin setting, preferably with extensive bread baking knowledge | Passionate about pastry excellence and creativity and trying out new ideas | A dynamic team player | Privately, you take the best care of all your friends and can turn any ingredients into a pastry masterpiece | Quick to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, innovative environment | Enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues | Positive, dynamic team player with strong attention to detail | Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends | Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination | Always smiling and armed with solutions for any pastry challenge that comes your way.  

Nice to have 

Passion for luxury hospitality | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff | Knowledge of sustainability practices in the culinary world.
