What You'll Do
Lead the breakfast kitchen station with passion and precision | Craft delicious breakfast offerings with attention to detail and quality | Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless service | Provide guidance and support to junior staff members | Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety | Stay updated on the latest breakfast trends and techniques | Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster growth and success | Work directly with Executive Chef Sebastiaan Veenhuizen to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences.
Who You Are
Experienced Chef de Partie with a focus on breakfast service | Passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast experiences | A team player with strong leadership skills | Skilled in multitasking and adapting to a dynamic environment | Detail-oriented and committed to excellence | Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude | Willing to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends.
Nice to Have
Passion for hospitality and guest service | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff members | Knowledge of breakfast cuisine and trends.
