From delightful dishes to a welcoming atmosphere, Marie invites guests into a world of culinary delight. The Assistant Restaurant Manager of Brasserie Marie & Sur L'Eau is co-responsible for managing the entire operational process of the Brasserie Marie and Marie Sur L'Eau bar.


What You'll Do

It's your job to let the team capture the essence of French culinary heritage while infusing it with a touch of modern creativity and style. In the spirit of a Parisienne Deluxe Brasserie you will envision a culinary experience that elegantly merges tradition and innovation in order to let the guests experience the best of France in the heart of Amsterdam. Together with the Manager Brasserie Marie & Sur L' Eau you are financially and commercially responsible for achieving the best result.

Leading the team | Identifying commercial opportunities and thereby applying improvements | Taking every opportunity to exceed guest satisfaction | Ensuring professional working relationships, open communication | Onboarding, training and coaching staff | Ensuring a working environment where team spirit is conducive.


Who You Are

At least 3 years of management experience in various environments | Passion for hospitality and working with people Privately, you take the best care of your friends and bring the finest wines to a birthday celebration | Ability to quickly adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment | Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with colleagues | Positive, dynamic team player with strong attention to detail | Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination | Always smiling and armed with solutions for any challenge that comes your way.

Nice to Have

Michelin star experience | Wine certificates (WSET 1,2,3 etc.) | Passion for luxury hospitality | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff | Good knowledge of French cuisine.
