What You’ll Do

Strategic partner of P&C Director | Leader for P&C initiatives and change management | Coaching and advising Managers | Managing long-term absenteeism, contact with arbo and UWV | Ensuring compliance with and application of the Labour Law and Horeca CLA | Onboarding of new managers | Further automation of processes within Nmbrs | Final check of salaries | Updating Employee handbook and other P&C policies | Contact person for pension fund and insurances | Managing various P&C projects such as employee satisfaction, process improvement, benefits, onboarding, diversity etc


Who You Are

A few years of experience as HR advisor | Experience in hospitality or another operational environment | Knowledge of the Dutch Labour Law | Proactive and creative in problem-solving | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Enthusiastic and motivating | Proficient in Dutch and English.


Bonus Points If You

Have experience in luxury hotels | Are familiar with Nmbrs | Are familiar with Dyflexis
