What You'll Do

At Brasserie Marie, everything revolves around craftsmanship and passion and as a (Senior) Chef de Partie, you are an essential part of that. You lead your kitchen station with seasoned expertise, ensuring every dish reflects the essence of the French Riviera. Together with your team, you create culinary masterpieces that keep guests coming back time and time again. As a senior presence, you inspire and guide your colleagues, share your knowledge generously and actively contribute to the growth of the entire team. You uphold the highest standards when it comes to food quality and safety, stay sharp on the latest culinary trends and translate them directly to the kitchen floor. In short: you are the driving force behind the Marie kitchen.

• Highly experienced Chef de Partie, preferably in a brasserie setting

• Passionate about culinary excellence and creativity

• A dynamic team player with a proven track record

• Privately, you take the best care of all your friends and can turn any leftovers into a feast

• Quick to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment

• Enjoy sharing your great knowledge with colleagues

• Positive, dynamic team player with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Always smiling and armed with solutions for any challenge that comes your way.

Nice to Have

• Passion for luxury hospitality

• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff

• Knowledge of fine dining and brasserie cuisine.
