What you'll do
Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with De L’Europe business goals aligned with Heineken NV | Create and manage the HR budget | Oversee the talent management cycle to retain high-performers | Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement | Oversee the design and implementation of training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members | Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives | Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local regulations and in line with Horeca CLA and Heineken NV standards | Coach, empower, and be the sparring partner of the team | Be the go-to person for the Management Team on HR related topics | Oversee day-to-day HR operations (including payroll, sick-leave) | Be part of the Management team of De L’Europe Amsterdam, reporting to Managing Director, Robert-Jan Woltering.
Who you are
A passionate professional with a proven track record in HR Business Partner or Management roles | Experience in hospitality or other operational organizations | Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture | Focused on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and exceeding targets | Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and leadership abilities | Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making | Drive to innovate and adapt to changing dynamics | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.
