What You'll Do
Ensuring an impeccable and personalized guest experience | Anticipating and proactively addressing guests' needs | Serve as the link between our guests and the myriad offerings at De L'Europe | Coordinating special requests and ensuring flawless execution | Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience | Maintaining an accurate logbook of guest interactions and requests | Work together in and managing a nice, small and professional Butler team | Lifestyle Liaison: Recommending and arranging exclusive experiences and services for guests | Providing leadership and management to the butler team, including training, motivating, and developing team members to uphold top-notch service standards | Organizing daily butler operations and managing time efficiently to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Who You Are
An experienced professional in guest service, preferably in the hotel butler service | Excellent planning and communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude | Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations | Knowledge of guest service systems and hotel software is a plus | Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail | Immaculate grooming standards and very discreet and able to deal with highly confidential information | Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays | Previous experience as a Head Butler in a luxury hospitality environment, with a comprehensive understanding of 5-star service standards.

Nice to Have
Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences | Familiarity with different cultures and languages | Experience in managing or coordinating a team of butlers.
