We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Lounge. In this role, you will be part of a passionate team that creates memorable moments from early morning to late evening. We are looking for someone who excels in genuine hospitality, enjoys leading a team and feels energized in a dynamic, ever-moving environment.

What you’ll do

Ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations in the Lounge | Supervise and coordinate the service during busy moments, including our popular weekend Afternoon Tea | Act as a warm and welcoming host, creating a relaxed and refined guest experience | Guide and support the team on the floor, leading by example during service | Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure perfect timing and presentation | Upsell and recommend beverages, teas, wines and sweet & savoury delights to enhance the guest journey | Keep the Lounge polished, inviting and ready for service at all times | Monitor stock levels and supplies, ensuring everything is prepared before, during and after service | Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a positive and professional working atmosphere | Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.

Who are you

You have at least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment | Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (e.g. Chef de Rang or Supervisor) | A natural host with a passion for creating unforgettable guest moments | Strong knowledge of service, beverages and a love for refined details such as tea service and presentation | Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills | Highly organized, calm under pressure and energized by a fast-moving environment | Proactive, solution-oriented and attentive to detail | A positive team player who inspires others with clarity, kindness and professionalism.

Nice to have

Experience in a luxury or international hotel | Affinity with Afternoon Tea service and tea culture | Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and luxury hospitality standards | Creative flair to surprise and delight guests.
