What You'll Do

As a front-of-house team member at De L'Europe Amsterdam, you are one of the faces of our team when it matters most. You welcome guests with a genuine smile, take orders and serve drinks and dishes in line with our service standards — always warm, always professional. You keep your workspace clean and organised, listen carefully to guests' wishes and answer their questions with confidence. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth and efficient service and contribute to the welcoming, energetic atmosphere that De L'Europe is known for.

Who You Are

• A super enthusiastic team player with a huge passion for hospitality

• Available to work on weekdays, weekends, and occasionally during holidays

• Excellent communication skills and always customer-focused

• Flexible and ready to shine in a dynamic environment

• Always attentive to detail and fully committed to delivering top-notch service

• Able to perform well under pressure and a pro at multitasking.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a hospitality hero or serving champion

• A bit of know-how about beverages and culinary delights.
