As a Chef de Partie at Trattoria Graziella, you step each day into an environment where the bustle of Amsterdam fades into the warm, authentic atmosphere of Italy. Located within De L’Europe Amsterdam, the trattoria is dedicated to crafting dishes entirely from scratch, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and passion. You take full ownership of your section, leading it with confidence, precision, and expertise, while playing a key role in delivering culinary creations that provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience.

What You'll Do 

Working closely with your colleagues, you contribute to a well-coordinated and collaborative kitchen environment. Drawing on your seniority, you take on a supportive and guiding role, inspiring others and helping them grow in their craft. At the same time, you consistently uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. You stay attuned to the latest culinary trends and thoughtfully incorporate them where relevant. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you actively contribute to the development of the team and help elevate the overall standard of the kitchen.

• Highly experienced Chef de Partie, preferably in a brasserie setting

• Passionate about culinary excellence and creativity

• A dynamic team player with a proven track record

• Privately, you take the best care of all your friends and can turn any leftovers into a feast

• Quick to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment

• Enjoy sharing your great knowledge with colleagues

• Positive, dynamic team player with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Always smiling and armed with solutions for any challenge that comes your way. 

Nice to Have 

• Passion for luxury hospitality

• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff

• Knowledge of fine dining and Italian cuisine.
